Work-item logging with AI triage

Not every bug needs a full interview. A manually logged item gets a coarse verdict from TriageAnalyzer and is routed accordingly — straight to Ready, or into a seeded quick interview — with a human able to override either way.

How it works

01
Log it from the board

A progressive "log bug/task" form captures a manually reported item without leaving the board.

02
A coarse verdict, not a coverage score

TriageAnalyzer decides ready-vs-needs-ideation — a fast triage call, distinct from the Critic's deeper coverage rubric.

03
Routed automatically

Ready items get an implement brief and join the Ready column; items needing ideation get a quick interview seeded from the same item.

04
A human can always override

Both routing outcomes are one click to reverse from the board — the verdict is a suggestion, not a lock.

The agents behind it

Human control

No dedicated gate — the routing is reversible by a human at any time, and a routed item still passes its own stage gates downstream.
