Terms of Service

agI3R is currently offered per engagement; the commercial terms that govern your organisation's use are set in your agreement with ArivuGuru. The summary below applies to all use of the platform.

Human responsibility. agI3R is a governance layer: agents draft, humans decide. Approvals recorded at gates are decisions made by your organisation's members, and your organisation remains responsible for code it merges and releases.

Acceptable use. Work accounts only; no attempts to access other tenants' data, probe the platform's isolation, or misuse the agents it orchestrates.

Your content. Your specifications, code, designs, and decisions remain yours. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to operate the service.
